How To Become A Morning Person
I overcame waking up late in the morning, 2 months ago.
No, you do not need any fancy apps for sleep tracking.
Or temperature regulating mattresses.
Or a high tech alarm clock/app.
My secret?
Go to bed on time.
I don’t do:
- Late night binge-watching
- Late night gossiping on the phone
- Eating/snacking beyond dinner time
- Using technology after 9 PM daily
It’s not rocket science.
If you do all the things above, you are setting yourself up for failure next morning.
Just get disciplined with your bed time and everything else falls in the place.
